30 Year Anniversary - Ramsey's DinerThe four Ramsey’s Diners in the Lexington, KY area provide an excellent example of why people love meat-and-three restaurants so much.

Oftentimes, one owner or a small family group create an atmosphere where people come back many times and employees stay for many years. Bob Ramsey, owner, has built this group of diners into a staple of Lexington’s dining scene. The food; the people; the consistency; the decor; the history – they all contribute to making a positive impact on the community as well as individuals’ lives.

The first location opened in April 1989 – all the locations serve the same menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served all day, a meat-and-two is on the daily lunch special, and a meat-and-three shines at dinner time. Other items such as salads and sandwiches round out the menu.
