Fodor’s advice for visiting Nashville, Tennessee is “spot on” in this article, in my humble opinion. Author Nicole Kleist says that “meat and three” should be the first phrase you know before hitting the Music City.

It wouldn’t be right to miss out on a meat-and-three restaurant while in town, or in Tennessee, for that matter. Maybe even in the South, especially if you are from another country or have never been to the South before!
Nashville Hot Chicken is another phrase Nicole mentions (some serve meat-and-two’s) while the delicious Goo-Goo Cluster is something you should also know about.
